Audience Survey

My audience for my genre of music is mainly Rnb and hip hop lovers. The people who took part in the survey, a mixed gender and a huge range of ages. The majority of people I asked were around my age so they have similar tastes and interests in music as i do. Being of similar ages they also listen to music whilst in their rooms, travelling and with friends. This is mainly because whist travelling you become bored and need something to do and whilst you're with friends, this ranges from parties to just chilling out music is more or less involved. The people i asked mainly discover music from streaming websites such as youtube and other music specific websites and apps such as apple music, Spotify and sound cloud. Their attitudes to paying for live music events were, only if it was their favourite artist would they bother going to see them live but the fee wasn't an issue, the majority of people that see music live, it was mainly at festival. They also said its very rare they goto live events.  

Notes on Remix/Arranging task

Superstition Arrangement - In the superstition arrangement i changed the type of bass to a subby bass and brought the notes down an octave to emphasise the low tone, then i replayed the midi notes so that it played with the horns, also i edited the trumpet and the horns using the piano roll to make them unique and stand out to the rest of the track.
